The firm was founded 30 years ago by Simcha Altshuler, advocate and notary. The firm specializes in civil and commercial law, serving both the Hebrew and English speaking public. We handle every aspect of real estate transactions, from ascertaining legal ownership and property boundaries through to negotiation, purchase, contracts (sale, leasing, brokerage etc.) and taxation. We also deal with financial claims of any kind, collection of dishonored checks, realization of promissory notes, trial and court appearances and implementation of verdicts and court judgements.
In the area of family law, the firm provides the following services: advice and planning of inheritance, drafting premium and notary wills, issuing succession orders, will implementation, approval of wills from abroad, in addition to submitting objections to wills in Family Court.

The firm's founder, Advocate Simcha Altshuler, is a graduate of Bar Ilan University in Law (1985). He holds a lawyer's license since 1987 and a notarial license since 2002. He interned for a year at the Tel Aviv District Court under the late Judge Moshe Talgam and then interned for another year in the firm “Miron, Bension and Prywes” in Tel Aviv, where he continued to work for five years. He has extensive experience in the civil law field and specializes in real estate, premium wills and inheritances and the provision of notary services.
Advocate Simcha Altshuler served as legal counsel for many years of the Israel Association for Fair Consumerism. He took part in the expropriation proceedings and compensation claims in the expansion of the Kiryat Shaul Cemetery, Tel Aviv, on behalf of the Tel Aviv Burial Society. He arranged and registered Magen David Adom stations in Israel at the various registration offices (Tabo) throughout the country. He represented the construction company Mishav Construction and Development Ltd in various legal proceedings related to construction and registration in the Land Registry and served as arbitrator in business disputes as the court's appointed director.

Adv. Simcha Altshuler serves, on a volunteer basis, as a vice chairman of the Ethical Committee of the Rabin Medical Center (Beilinson) Hospital in Petach Tikvah and is a member of the Helsinki Committee of the Hospital, which deals with the approval of experimental drugs on humans.
